Secret Shoppers Online is an independent retail evaluation program. We help U.S. brands understand what really happens inside their stores — not what's reported up the corporate chain, but what an ordinary customer sees, hears, and feels when they walk through the door.

What we do

We design tailored evaluations for each retailer we work with: scripts, scorecards, scenarios that reflect what matters most to their customers. We then deploy a network of independent shoppers across all 50 U.S. states to complete those evaluations in person, and we deliver the findings in clear, actionable reports.

Why our shoppers matter

Our reports are only as good as the people who write them. That's why we treat our shopper network with respect: we communicate clearly, pay on time, and never ask for money. The application process is open, free, and welcoming. We accept shoppers based on fit and availability, not on whether they can buy their way in.

What we don't do

• We don't charge shoppers anything, ever.
• We don't send checks for shoppers to cash and forward.
• We don't make income promises or run "get paid to shop" schemes.
• We don't share our shoppers' personal information with retailers beyond what's needed to verify a visit.

Secret Shoppers Online is operated by Secret Shoppers LLC, a New York LLC. Our team brings backgrounds in retail operations, market research, and customer experience design. We are based in Great Neck, New York.
