This Privacy Policy describes how Secret Shoppers LLC, doing business as Secret Shoppers Online ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit secretshoppers.online (the "Site") or apply to participate in our mystery shopping program (the "Program").

1. Information we collect
When you submit an application, we collect: full name, email address, U.S. state of residence, phone number, and your consent records. We also automatically collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to evaluate your application, contact you about Program assignments and payments, send transactional SMS and email communications (with your consent), maintain records of consents given, and comply with legal obligations. We use automatically collected data to operate and improve the Site.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed: with service providers who help us operate the Program (subject to confidentiality obligations), with clients to verify that a shopping visit occurred (name and visit date only), with analytics and advertising platforms (with your cookie consent), and when required by law.

We retain application data for as long as necessary to administer the Program and comply with legal obligations. If your application is declined or you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
